We are delighted tp announce that the BIR Top Tips event is back this year!
Enter these two competitions to make your radiology training or job applications stand out from the crowd. Closing date for applications is 15 September 2024:
NB: To enter the competitions you must be a BIR member and have registered for the Top Tips event.
The Future of Radiology Essay Prize – 2024
- All medical students, radiographers, radiography students, AHPs and AHP students, foundation doctors and core / speciality trainees (who are not already radiology trainees) are eligible.
- Participants are invited to write an essay on the topic: " What is the future of artificial intelligence (AI) in Radiology?"
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded. The winners will each receive a certificate.

Audit Poster Prize – 2024
- The Top tips event will also have a poster competition for quality improvement/audit with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize. The prize winners will receive a certificate and be invited to present their poster orally at the Top tips event.
