British Institute of Radiology awards two Distinguished Service Medals at President’s inauguration

Two Distinguished Service Medals were presented at this year’s BIR President’s inauguration, recognising two individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the BIR and the wider imaging and radiotherapy community. Outgoing President Dr Nick Screaton presented the awards to BIR’s longest-serving member of staff, Lucy Stewart, and former Society and College of Radiographers CEO Richard Evans, in recognition of their exceptional service, commitment and support.
