Dr Amy Eccles is a Radionuclide Radiologist specialising in oncological radionuclide therapy and imaging. Her therapy interests include treatment of prostate cancers using Radium223 di-chloride and Lutetium 177-PSMA and Lutetium 177-DOTATATE treatment of neuroendocrine tumours. She reports both oncological and non-oncological PET/CT imaging using FDG and non FDG tracers as well as conventional CT.
Amy studied medicine at University of Cambridge gaining distinctions in both Medicine and Surgery. She undertook her radiology training in London completing her radionuclide subspecialty training at Imperial College. She has developed her therapy expertise at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation Trust. She continues to play an active role in research and developing radionuclide therapy services to expand treatment options for patients.
