Adapting together in extraordinary times
This is a challengin
g and unprecedented time for all health professionals. Many of you will be on the frontline, you may well be adapting to new roles, and some of you are returning to work after retirement to support the workforce. Others will be self-isolating or recuperating at home. We all face different ways of working, and different ways of living. This is a stressful time, but the resilience of all those who work in healthcare and its affiliated services is remarkable and we will help each other to get through this crisis.
On behalf of everyone at the BIR I would like to send a warm message of support to all the professionals and partners in our imaging and radiation oncology community who, under enormous pressure and increased demand, continue to provide an extraordinary service to patients.
