The site has even seen improved resolution times for issues since the implementation of this service. Customers can take advantage of Incident Support Specialists, assistance from UK-based staff and on-call service support for Carestream PACS systems from midnight to 8 am every Monday to Friday, and all day and night on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays with a UK-based Duty Manager available 24/7 just a phone call away.
