COVID-19 didn’t get in the way of a recent project to install a package of Philips healthcare informatics solutions in East Cheshire NHS Trust. Recently awarded a five-year contract, the informatics solutions from Philips Healthcare will support coordinated, collaborative care across the Trust’s hospital sites in Macclesfield, Knutsford and Congleton.
The procured solution will provide the technology to simplify medical image management and empower effective integration of services across the sites.
Paul Fenton, Radiology Systems Manager commented. "Today’s transition was more seamless than I could ever have imagined possible and is in no small part due to the tremendous efforts that everyone has put in. A project like this is not easy at the best of times but given the restrictions in place due to current circumstances I think it is nothing short of remarkable!"
