Keen to find ways to help the imaging community during the COVID-19 pandemic, medical display manufacturer and BIR member Jusha have provided over 1,000 N95 free face masks to radiographers, radiologists and other staff working at Cobalt, a medical charity and imaging provider based in Cheltenham. Jusha reached out to the BIR to help find out where there was a need for this vital equipment and the donation was matched to Cobalt, the only BIR member which is a charity.

Peter Sharpe, Chief Executive of Cobalt said “It has been challenging to source a constant supply of high-quality PPE so we are so grateful for this generous donation which we are also sharing with other healthcare providers in our community such as the Wentworth Court Specialist Dementia Care Home and the Longfield Hospice.”
