STATEMENT
Simon Guest
The British Institute of Radiology extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Simon Guest, radiographer at Furness General Hospital, Barrow, Cumbria who has sadly passed away after contracting COVID-19.
This is a stark reminder that radiographers, along with other healthcare professionals, are putting their health and lives at risk at work in the current crisis. We would like to express our gratitude for the bravery and dedication of Simon Guest and his colleagues throughout the country.
