£4 million is on offer to support teams to implement and evaluate tested, evidence-based patient safety interventions at scale.
Up to nine project teams will be supported by funding from The Health Foundation, which is working to improve the quality of healthcare by closing the gap between best practice and current delivery of care.
Types of project could include: approaches to build skills in improving patient safety, interventions to improve reliability of clinical care and creating the conditions for the delivery of safer care.
