We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand new regional branch in the Midlands. Dr Jonathan Hopkins will chair the branch which will organise educational events and activities across the Midlands. Dr Hopkins, who has been a BIR member since 2000, is Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in endovascular intervention at University Hospital, Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Hopkins said, “A regional branch for the BIR in the Midlands area will provide a vital educational hub for radiologists, radiographers and physicists in the region. We look forward to arranging some exciting local educational events and activities in 2014 and beyond.”
