We are pleased to announce the launch of the BIR Accreditation Committee with Dr David Lindsell appointed as the chair.
The Education Committee will continue to be responsible for the development of educational material and the approval of events, but the Accreditation Committee will set the standards for the approval and accreditation of such matters.
In future, the Accreditation Committee will look to establish and monitor standards for a range of other educational activities delivered by the BIR. The BIR will continue to seek RCR and SCoR approval for events where applicable.
