New Imaging Single Best Answer book and the BIR’s first app!

SBA10 November 2014

The BIR has announced the publication of its latest book, Imaging Single Best Answer, edited by Rajat Chowdhury and Simon Ostlere. This convenient, easy-to-use learning resource is aimed at trainee radiologists taking the Royal College of Radiologists’ Final FRCR (Part A) Exam. As well as being available in print, the book is also available in app format, making it the BIR’s first app.

The book and app both contain 75 questions, answers and explanations for each of the six modules written by experienced registrars and reviewed by leading consultant radiologists.

Users can revise on the go and track their progress as well as take timed exams or practice tests using the app. Simon Ostlere comments, “The editors and contributors hope that the candidates will find this a useful aid in their quest to pass the FRCR exam. We wish all the candidates the best of luck!”

The book is available from the BIR online bookstore and the app is available in iOS from iTunes and in android from the Google Play store.
