We held our Annual Congress on 4 and 5 November 2015 which was supported by our brand new app. Delegates enjoyed a packed programme including talks by specialists on radiation protection, primers for the non-specialist, oncology and emergency radiology. Lunch time and breaks provided a good opportunity for networking and visiting over ten exhibitors from industry, including platinum sponsors Philips Healthcare and Siemens and Gold sponsors Radiology Reporting Online.
The BIR Godfrey Hounsfield award was presented to Professor Habib Zaidi from Geneva University Hospital (Switzerland) and University of Groningen (Netherlands) and the Philips student bursary was presented to Dr Cherry Sit from King's College, London.
