The BIR is supporting a Sense About Science “Standing up for Science” media workshop at the Francis Crick Institute on Friday 16 September 2016. This full day event is free and for early career researchers and scientists in all areas of sciences, engineering and medicine (PhD students, post-docs or equivalent in first job).
During the workshop discuss science-related controversies in media reporting and receive practical guidance and tips for how to deal with the media.
