Dr Ai Lee Chang, Consultant Radiologist at City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, is the new BIR representative on the Editorial Board of Health Management journal. Health Management covers management, innovation, corporate governance, new techniques and technologies with the objective to simplify healthcare managers' decision-making process and enhance outcome efficiency. It is available free to all BIR members. Dr Chang says about the appointment, “I am honoured to take up this position. I am passionate about patient-centred care and empathic management of healthcare staff”.
