Help shape the educational outputs of the BIR – join a dynamic committee that works with our members and industry to develop our educational programme for our multidisciplinary audience. This is a great opportunity for a medical physicist to develop your skills and add to your CV.
The Education Committee collaborates with all the Special Interest Groups and regional Branch Committees within the BIR. We have ambitious plans for 2017-18 including developing and delivering new portfolio programmes and bite-sized learning opportunities. We need now need a physicist with drive and vision to help us shape our plans.
With the support of our Heads of Education and education team as well as the multi-profession committee, you would help to develop educational resources (both online and in-person events) to meet the professional needs of our multidisciplinary membership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physicist with a passion for education and with awareness for training needs within the imaging community. You need to be a BIR member and would be required to attend 3 meetings per year in London, for which your travel would be reimbursed.
