GenesisCare joins the BIR

GenesisCareWe are delighted to welcome GenesisCare to the BIR.  GenesisCare is one of 36 corporate members who are an integral part of the BIR community and collaborate in developing educational events and publishing activities.

GenesisCare delivers holistic oncology care at 12 specialist treatment centres in the UK, spanning radiotherapy, medical oncology, diagnostics, wellbeing services and now theranostics.

Emma Spellman, Head of Theranostics and Imaging said, “We are excited to join the BIR and to take a more active role in developing and delivering education programmes, raising much needed awareness of radiotherapy, medical oncology and now theranostics.

“We share the British Institute of Radiology’s commitment to designing and delivering multidisciplinary treatment and care to combat diseases.

“At GenesisCare, we are constantly looking at new technologies, treatments and research opportunities to improve patient outcomes for people living with cancer and cardiovascular disease.

“Most recently, we have been rolling out our theranostics services across our UK centres and we look forward to working with the BIR to raise public awareness about emerging therapies.”
