The BIR have launched a brand new PET-CT webinar series with Professor Jamshed Bomanji, Clinical Lead and Head of Clinical Department, Institute of Nuclear Medicine, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Dr Gopinath Gnanasegaran, Consultant Physician in Nuclear Medicine, Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust.
The suite of webinars focuses on both oncological and non-oncological conditions delivered by an international faculty of renowned nuclear medicine experts. The first ten webinars are now freely available, covering a range of areas such as brain tumours, lung, prostate cancer, theranostics, multiple myeloma and much more.
Professor Diana Paez (Head of Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging, International Atomic Energy Agency) introduced the launch of the webinars at a BIR networking event.

Dr Gopinath Gnanasagaran has been recognised for his work on this project aswell as the wealth of educational events and resources he has developed for the BIR during his involvement since 2009. He was presented with an award for his "Longstanding Educational Contributor".
