Our Radiotherapy and Oncology Special Interest Group have put together a national survey aimed at Linac Engineers. As far as we are aware, this is the first survey of its kind and so is really important in helping find out more about and get the opinions of, this vital part of the UK Radiotherapy Workforce. The data will be used to try to help bring more career and professional development opportunities to Linac engineers and especially highlight in the public sphere the incredible, life-saving work that Linac Engineers are a part of; day in, day out.
