What is the minimum number of users for a group licence?
The minimum number in a group licence is five users. If you wish to purchase fewer licences please purchase individually using a credit card.
I want to purchase a course as an individual, can I arrange a PO and pay via invoice?
We only accept payment via a PO and invoice for groups of five or more enrolling on a course. For individuals enrolling themselves on a course the payment must be made through our website via a credit card.
How can I make sure that my name will be correct on my certificate upon completing my course?
Before starting the course please make sure that the account you are using has your correct
information, matching how you would like it to appear on your certificate.
My code for accessing the course isn’t working, what should I do?
Please make sure you’re copying and pasting the code from the email you received with information on how to access the course, and check that your licence was purchased within the last twelve months as it will expire after one year.
Is there a student discount available for the video courses?
There is no specific discount for students, however we offer a BIR student membership for only £3 per annum which will allow students to access the member price for the courses (approximately 20% off the full price). Joining the BIR also means you get lots of other benefits too.
